Discount Prime offers a powerful theme extension that enhances your Shopify store's functionality: "Product Price," which displays quantity discounts on the product page.

By default, enabling this extension should seamlessly integrate it into your theme. However, in some cases, you might encounter issues where the extensions do not work as expected.

In this guide, we will walk you through the troubleshooting steps to help you get the Discount Prime theme extensions (app embed or block) up and running smoothly.

Step 1: Disabling App Embed

  1. Access Theme Customization:

    • From the Shopify admin dashboard, go to "Online Store" and then "Themes".

    • Locate your current theme and click on "Customize" next to it.

  2. Disable Discount Prime "Product Price" App Embed:

    • In the "App embeds" section, find the Discount Prime "Product Price" embed.

    • Disable them by toggling the button and saving the changes.

Step 2: Adding Discount Prime Block to Product Page:

  1. Access Theme Customization:

    • In the theme customization page, navigate to the "Product page" section.

    • Look for the option to add blocks in the left-hand menu and click on it.

  2. Add Discount Prime App Block:

    • A list of available blocks will appear. Find the Discount Prime "Product Price" block.

    • Click on it to add it to your product page.

    • Customize the block settings according to your preferences.

    • Save the changes.

Step 3: Testing the Changes

  1. Go to your online store and visit a product page that should display quantity discounts.

  2. Check if the quantity discounts are now visible. If not, try refreshing the page.
