You can create and run unlimited Volume, Quantity, and General campaigns using Discount Prime, but you must pay attention to the products added to each campaign.
If you add some products to a campaign and then add them to another campaign for any reason, the discount value of the first campaign is applied to those products. In fact, they are not added to the second campaign.
The main reason behind the issue is prohibiting double discounts and overlapping on a product or a group of products.
We will show you this with an example below:
Imagine you add 3 products to your first campaign.
Then, you create the second campaign and add 4 products. As you see, 2 of these 4 products are in the first campaign.
When you activate the second campaign, you just see 2 products in this campaign.
Thus, when you add some products to a campaign that were added to another campaign before, just the discount value of the first campaign is applied to the products.
Here are two important tips:
If you add some products that were all added to another campaign before, you face a question mark (?) on the “campaigns” page. This means all products added to this campaign are active in other campaigns.
You can check the “Automatically update” button if you select products of a collection, vendor, etc. So, When you add a product to your collections or delete it, the discount will be applied to it or removed from it automatically.
